As soon as you want to start or answer a call, the Yodel Call Interface pops up.
If you have logged in once before into the Call Interface, you will see the name of the team mate's log in credentials in the right upper corner. If the name does not correlate to yours, you can simply click on the name and change it. If you receive an "Error Code: 404" this means the call you want to access is connected to one Yodel account and you are logged into another Yodel account. Please also log out from the call interface and log in with the correct credentials.
Once the mouse hovers over the name, you see the option to "sign out".
Once you click there, you sign out of the Yodel session and can then log in again with your own Yodel credentials.
Please make sure that every team member has their own log in credentials. You can check this and add new users at manage.yodel.io/users
