For most support issues, we will ask you to provide a call URL so the team can have a look at what went wrong.

You will find the call URL in the browser window that opens your Yodel call. 

Please copy and paste the link into the support chat/email in addition to the account owner's email address and the Yodel support PIN. If not stated previously in the conversation, also add a short description of your issue.
