If you are using the Austrian Mobile Carrier A1 and have one of the following features activated, you will need to setup the call forwarding via the 'Mein A1' app or the A1.net website.
These features are incompatible with automatic call forwarding setup:
- Multiring
- A1 Zusatz-SIM
- A1 over IP
- A1 Network Unified Voice Service
- A1 Business Network
Manual Setup
For the manual setup please follow these steps.
| Open the 'Mein A1' app on your iPhone. If you don't have the app please download it from https://apps.apple.com/at/app/mein-a1/id410017894 |  |
| Select 'Verwalten' next to your mobile phone subscription. You may have multiple product and subscription on this screen. |  |
| Select 'Anrufe & Umleitungen' |  |
| Activate 'Mobilbox und Rufumleitung' or select the menu option to go to the configuration screen if it is already activated. |  |
| Switch to 'Rufnummer' and make sure 'Alle Anrufe umleiten' is selected. |  |
| Type in the Unlined call forwarding number +4313932020 for Austria. |  |
| Select 'sofort' |  |
| Save the call forwarding configuration. |  |
| Review your settings. |  |
