All Yodel plans include the cost of incoming calls for local and mobile numbers. For toll free numbers and outbound calls, we include a monthly call credit (called "included credits"). If this credit is exceeded, you need to add additional credit (called "paid credit") at manage.yodel.io/billing.
The included credit resets every month.
The paid credit will carry over to the next months and doesn't expire.
If you added a paid credit by accident, please contact our support in the live chat or at firstname.lastname@example.org to ask for a refund.
Please be aware that the credit is only used for call costs. It doesn't cover your monthly subscription fee.
