All Yodel plans include the cost of incoming calls for local and mobile numbers. For toll free numbers and outbound calls, we include a monthly call credit (called "included credits"). If this credit is exceeded, you need to add additional credit (called "paid credit") at

The paid credit will carry over to the next months and doesn't expire.

If you added a paid credit by accident, please contact our support in the live chat or at to ask for a refund.

Please be aware that the credit is only used for call costs. It doesn't cover your monthly subscription fee.
