YodelTalk Limited is held by Sendinblue SAS, registered at 7 Rue de Madrid, 75008 Paris, France.

Yodel operates several websites including yodel.io and yodeltalk.com. It is Yodel’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.

Website Visitors
Like most website operators, Yodel collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Yodel’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Yodel’s visitors use its website. From time to time, Yodel may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

What information do we collect from you?
We collect information about you when you register for an account for Yodel. For example, you provide billing information when you purchase one of our services. By using Yodel we collect data that includes phone numbers, contact details, and related usage information but also voicemails and text messages.

Which information do we forward to other service providers?
To fulfil the contract with you we forward information about you and your usage to our service providers which may be located outside the EU but have confirmed to be GDPR compliant. This includes for example billing information, phone numbers, contact details, voicemails and text messages.

Where do we store your information?
The host servers on which Yodel processes and stores its databases are located within data centres which may be located outside the EU but have confirmed to be GDPR compliant. We will inform you immediately, to the extent we are legally authorised to do so, in case of any application or order originating from an administrative or judicial authority relating to your personal data.

What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you (either personally-identifying or non-personally-identifying) may be used in one of the following ways:
- To fulfil the contract with you: to be able to provide the services to you according to your order.
- To personalize your experience: your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs.
- To improve our website: we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you.
