You can route calls to dedicated people by activating the 'Ask for reason and Voice IVR'-feature on manage.yodel.io. By adding keywords, a caller's inquiry can directly get routed to the responsible colleague to their Slack Direct Message or to a responsible team via a group channel.





Once a caller tells Yodel the reason for calling and the response matches to one of your selected routings, they will be moved to the selected Slack channel or private message. This information is shown in the default phone channel as "call was moved to #..."
